Do minutes expire?

No. Bought minutes and credits stay in your wallet until you use them.

What's the difference between minutes and credits?

Same underlying rate. Minutes are simpler - you see time. Credits are more granular for people who stream in short bursts. Both are pre-paid and never expire.

Can I get a refund?

Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@loopstream.cc.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and Nigerian bank transfers via Paystack. International cards work too.
