2. The Service

L00P Stream is a Windows desktop application that transforms your live webcam feed in real time using third-party AI providers. The Service is provided by [COMPANY_NAME], located in [JURISDICTION], operated by [OWNER_NAME].

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us at support@loopstream.cc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights
  • Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - automatic account termination and reporting to authorities
  • Circumvent our rate limits, wallet system, or license checks
  • Redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service

5. Payments

Wallet top-ups and manual-mode subscriptions are billed through Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Unused wallet balance may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Manual-mode subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

6. Third-party AI providers

The character transformation is powered by third-party AI providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or availability of AI-generated output. Provider outages may temporarily interrupt the Service.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of reference images you upload and content you generate using the Service. You grant [COMPANY_NAME] a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any reference images you use.

8. Termination
